Duties: internal management, overall coordination of the institute’s integrated administrative affairs; applicaation of Outstanding S&T Talents for a program and scholar services; organization, management, and coordination of academic exchanges and other work related to the Science and Technology Association; declaration, review, and process management of independent research projects; science and technology (S&T)promotion, application of information technology in S&T management, compilation of statistics regarding S&T papers and data, and evaluation of scientific research performance; other work arranged by institute leaders.
