The bridge maintenance truck is composed of four parts: "C-frame stands" "truss working platform", "6-winged helicopter" and "truck crane". It temporarily occupies the road during low traffic periods, using truck crane to assemble the C-frame stands and truss working platform. Then, an RC helicopter carries the rope to cross the bottom of the bridge. Then C-frame stands and ballast are installed, and the hanging baskets cross the bottom of the bridge to connect with the hook of C-frame stands. Then the ballast is removed and the hanging basket is lifted. Then an access ladder is installed so that the workers could work in the hanging basket. After maintenance, the truck crane can leave the site and make way for traffic.

All the work is conducted on the truss working platform under the bridge. As the truss moves forward, workers can comprehensively detect and reinforce the bottom of the bridge. When encountering the lamppost or stayed cable, the truck can avoid them by operating three retractable arms and continue its job.
